Sean & I started out smoking BBQ as a fun hobby. In 2016, we became licensed as a mobile food unit part-time. People seemed to love our food and business grew to a point we needed to expand our operation.

So construction began on our new BBQ concession trailer and right after we picked it up in February 2020, a pandemic hits and all our events cancelled. I really thought it may sit all year untouched, but new opportunities came up and when many closed their doors, we took a risk and kept operating. Thanks to our awesome customers, our business not only kept going but it increased an incredible 75%!!

 

We were recently approached to expand and continue operating. This winter, we are going to open a part time TAKE OUT / TO GO location in Dorr, and we couldn't be more thrilled to continue to build this family business with all of your support. We look forward to seeing you at an event or to let us take care of dinner for you and your family some night!
